Overview

The Pudu D7 is an industrial semi-humanoid robot that pairs a human-like dual-arm upper body with a 360-degree omnidirectional wheeled chassis instead of legs. It targets commercial and industrial operators needing precise manipulation plus mobility for transport, sorting, and machine tending. Built on Pudu's PuduFM embodied-AI model, it lifts up to 14 kg per arm and reaches shelves as high as 2 meters.

Capabilities

  • Bionic dual arms with 30 DOF (up to 50 with dexterous hands), 0.1 mm endpoint repeatability and 10-14 kg lift per arm
  • 360-degree omnidirectional wheeled base moving up to 2 m/s, stable on 10-degree slopes and over 50 mm obstacles
  • Reaches up to 2 m height with millimeter-level force control for tactile, precision tasks
  • Runs Pudu's PuduFM embodied-AI foundation model with ~200 TOPS onboard compute and hierarchical high/low-level planning
  • Dual front-and-rear LiDAR for 360-degree awareness, plus autonomous battery swapping for 24/7 operation
