Overview

Qinglong is a 185 cm full-size general-purpose humanoid built by Humanoid Robot (Shanghai) and debuted at WAIC 2024 as China's first model of its kind. With 43 degrees of freedom, dexterous hands, and 400 TOPS of compute, it serves as the reference robot for OpenLoong, an open-source community publishing its hardware specs and whole-body control software for embodied-AI research.

Capabilities

  • 43 active degrees of freedom with a highly bionic torso and anthropomorphic motion control
  • Five-fingered dexterous hands for fine manipulation
  • Walks at 1 m/s while carrying a 40 kg payload, with stable incline/decline gait and impact resistance
  • 400 N·m peak joint torque and 400 TOPS of onboard compute for multimodal perception and control
  • Open-source reference platform: OpenLoong publishes hardware structure, parameters, and MPC/WBC control software
